If your hard drive is not physically damaged (i.e. it "spins up" and stays on) we are able to recover most files (especially documents, music, pictures and email) 90% of the time.
If your drive is physically damaged, we have access to a clean-room, which we charge a flat fee for, regardless of how damaged your data is or how much needs to be recovered.
